Blue Beacon Truck Wash of Kansas City, MO

In 25 years on the road this is the slowest place i have ever been to. From when I pulled into the line until leaving took 3 hours. When I pulled in I didn't think it would be that long since I was most of the way down the line and almost to the curve. Then when I pull in the wash bay and go into the office, the girl can't find any info for my company. My company has at least 20 trucks a day go through that wash. This place is the worst.

Just want to take the time to say the Gentleman who is the manager at this location is one of the most polite and respectful people you will ever meet. He is a true asset to this company. This is one of the best blue beacon washes I have ever used. Wonderful crew in the wash department. I would go out of my way to use this location in the future. I must say the young lady at the counter is socially awkward or maybe she is woke I dunno. But DO NOT JUDGE THIS PLACE BECAUSE OF ONE PERSON WHO COULD BE BETTER. SHE IS JUST A CASHIER. THE REST OF MY EXPIRENCE HERE WAS GREAT 200%. I WILL SAY THIS HOPEFULLY SHE LEARNS FROM HER MISTAKES OR MOVES ON TO A LESS SERVICE BASED JOB. I belive everyone deserves 2nd chances and the opportunity to learn. I will only hope the best for her as I dont know her life or maybe she just had a bad day and is a good person. Even with that said I would overlook small incidents like this because I too could have handled the situation differently. I too need to be better if asking others to do the same. Thank you again for the amazing job and service. Flatbed driver 6ft 9 in tall bout 330lbs.

I had a disappointing experience here. While the staff members were friendly and the service was polite, the actual wash was terrible. I paid over $100 in total—specifically $45 something for the frame and engine, and over $62 something for the truck itself. For that price, I expected a professional job, but they missed so much. The engine and the undercarriage were still dirty, and the truck body didn't look like it had been cleaned properly at all. It feels like a waste of money when you pay for extra services and they aren't actually performed. I hope the management takes a look at their quality control because the value for the money just isn't there. I won’t be coming back.

3.5 star. This is only my second time to use blue beacon for my class a motorhome. I don’t know why Blue Beacon does not invest in a Deionized water system. No matter what the water drops dry with lots of spotting. Plus whatever they used took the coating off of most of my black plastic on the motorhome. Everyone at the shop was very helpful. I just don’t particularly like the outcome. Just not as clean as I would like it.
